More Progress on Earthquake Forecasts

For those of us living in geologically active areas such as the Pacific rim, Utah, etc. it is good to have any new way of predicting earthquakes. We are still a long way from predicting when and where an earthquake will strike, but we're getting closer to predicting the percentage of probability of an aftershock.
